Project Manager (Warm Homes Delivery)
Job Summary
A Project Managers role is to oversee every aspect of a construction project. This includes planning and delivery, organising logistics, delegation of work and ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, in budget and in line with contractual obligations.
Responsibility for planning and coordination of all aspects of health and safety on site to ensure full compliance with company H&S procedures and industry legislation.
Daily Responsibility
Oversee operational duties from inception to completion, promoting a positive health and safety culture within the full delivery team.
Planning, scheduling and coordinating project delivery with emphasis on high volume programmes coordinating all activities to maximise efficiencies.
Utilise multiple electronic systems and digital platforms to track progress, manage data and maintain project transparency.
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Warm Homes Wave 3 retrofit projects across social housing properties, ensuring works meet programme targets, funding requirements and PAS/retrofit standards.
Manage the end-to-end retrofit process including pre-start planning, contractor coordination, programme scheduling, delivery monitoring and project close-out.
Liaise with clients, retrofit coordinators, assessors, contractors and residents to ensure smooth delivery of warm homes schemes.
Ensure all retrofit measures (e.g. insulation, heating upgrades, ventilation improvements) are delivered in line with quality, compliance and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation, ensuring all records are complete, auditable and aligned with funding and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate strong document control, managing large volumes of technical reports, certifications, surveys, compliance documents and installation records.
Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple daily activities and deadlines within a fast-paced retrofit delivery environment.
Coordinate meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder updates, ensuring clear communication across project teams and client organisations.
Ensure on-site safety through risk management and risk assessment, enforcing safety procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships and ensure regular communication with key contacts, reporting progress on project
